I was given a CCJ (around £18,000) last month, could this be included in an IVA if I applied for one now?

Thanks

Hi amy and welcome to the forum

If this debt is an unsecured one, I am sure that it can be included in the IVA. If I am wrong, I am sure an expert will be along to give you the correct advice.

An IVA can overrule a CCJ so yes you can include this in the IVA.

Hi Amy

How much do you actually owe in total?
