Hi i have 2 accounts with natwest 1 i dont use so have no money in it .i set up a d/d but give the wrong acc num so no money came out for 2 mounths natwest sent me letters say i owe £150 but i did not answer them .I wen to the cash point to day but it toke my card so i phoned them i there said there have closed my acc but i have £90 in it and my wage is due in friday how do i get my moeny back

If you owe money to NatWest, and have defaulted on the payments, they have an automatic right of set-off which allows them to retain your money legally. Try and have your wages stopped by your employer to avoid losing the balance of £60 if this will cause you undue financial hardship.
