i saw a ip advisor yesterday the date as been set as the iva company as work very fast on this one as i am on the dmp say if somebody elses case of a iva did not go though the courts and if somebody had second thoughts could my iva case be brought forward

The creditors have to have a certain amount of time to consider the proposal and a set date to make their votes by, so if it is in the next few weeks I would think not.If you tried to change dates then it would only cause confusion. Not long to wait. It would be quicker to sort yours out as they will already have the details of your debts due to the dmp.
