I looked on this site regarding reclaiming bank charges and there are loads of posts on this site regarding reclaiming bank charges whilst IN an IVA, but I cant find any regarding claiming AFTER an IVA !
Now I know all/the majority of cases are on hold pending the outcome of the office of fair tradings court case early in 2008, but say it goes in the customers favour, what will the position be?
I know whilst in an IVA many banks give you refunds but they just set it against your debt.
Will the banks still set the refund against your debt post IVA?, even though the debt had been dealt with through an IVA?, or will they have to give you the whole lot back as it can no longer be set against their previous losses??

Hi
No,it will be all yours because you no longer have a debt with them post IVA.Remember the claim only goes back six years for bank charges.
