We Have recieved a default notice saying basically pay or well take you to court, first time i have ever received one of these of which i must forward to my IP drawing up my IVA propsal at present. Is there anything i need to do with the notice ?? Sorry if this sounds a little stupid but never having received one of these before not to sure what to do from here.

If you already have appointed an IP to act for you, just send this correspondence on to them - it doesn't really mean a lot, but it does give the creditor the ability to commence legal action against you so the IP will need to know about it.

This type of correspondence is quite normal, forwarding this to your IP is the best thing to do.
