Am I right in saying Creditors are not allowed to contact you after being told you have been made bankrupct? my acc is at zero now. If so what action can I take to comlain/stop them.

There is nothing in the law that says they are not allowed to contact you, but it would be unusual. This will probably relate to a lender who has failed to update its systems or tardy. I would not worry too much about it, as your Trustee will have matters in hand.

I was being contacted by Littlewoods long after I was made BR so I sent them a copy of my BR order, and when that didn't work I contacted the OR who said they would contact them again. I haven't heard from them for a while, so fingers crossed!
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

wow, I really didnt think that creditors could contact you if the debt is included in the BR.
