Hi paul and welcome to the forum
If you have debts of £47,000, and an ability to make ongoing repayments based upon your disposable income or offer a lump sum settlement then you are eligible for an IVA. How much do you feel you could contribute towards the debts on a monthly basis?

Hi paul.h,
Yes you can qualify for an IVA.
How many creditors do you have?
How much is your disposable income?
