can secured debts be included in an IVA?

Hi Doc and welcome to the forum.
Only unsecured debts can be included in an iva. If you would like to post more info maybe some advice can be given.

But if there is a shortfall to the secured creditor, then this portio is deemed to be unsecured and must be included.
