Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone could help me?

I have three creditors:-

Sky Card £7644.22
Cahoot Loan £9,487.22
BarclayCard £4345.11

Do you think that i will have an issue because Sky Card is underwritten by BarclayCard, so in effect only have two creditors.

I am hoping to do a full and final IVA to start with as I am currently on income support and do not have enough disposable income for a proper IVA, my parents have offered to help me.

The offer ammount is £12,591

Any insight would be gratefully received.

Many Thanks

Jo

Hi Jo-eph

There should not be an issue with this if you are going to be proposing an IVA, as you have three separate lines of credit.

Are you going to be offering a full and final settlement to creditors?
