Hi Jim

If I can understand your post, you have sold your property but are continuing to live in it as a tenant. Does your IVA provide for a remortgage and equity release during the fourth year?

Hi
If you did have the fourth year equity clause then you must contact your IP as this will have an impact on your IVA.
It,s poor service that they have not replied to you,how long were you waiting for a reply.
