I feel I am addicted to this forum.
Does any one else feel that way?
It feels good, when you feel that you have been able to give sensible advice and may be comfort to troubled sous.

I think I am too I tend to nip on and off to check whats happening. I dont like people to wait too long for a reply especially first posts it takes a bit of courage. It does feel nice to give a bit of support to someone when they feel low.

yes hara in the early days i was on the forum every chance i got as i was always desperate for answers, like aguise says i always check it out every day now incase there is someone desperate for an answer, even if i can't help them just like to assure them that some one will be along soon to help and let them know that there is lots of us out there in the same boat, the forum has been good to me and feel it only fair that i repay it back, i do enjoy posting.

I'm addicted too! I hadn't posted on any forum on any website until I found this one - even then it took me a few months to build up the courage and now I can't stop! and the advice is brill, professional and everyday people helping each other get through this.

I'm not addicted!!! Its Sat night and I'm replying to another post when all the sensible people are down the pub relaxing. Or maybe its what we do on Sat night in an IVA as we've no money to go to the pub. Doesn't stop me opening a bottle of red though. Much nicer and cheaper than 2 pints!!
Regards
Dave

I log on at least once a day to read new posts, ask questions etc
Definitely addicted, but I suppose I want to be as well informed as possible, so where better to go?

Ditto to thebear29uk - Sitting here with a glass of red (last glass, so will probablly have to pinch a bottle of hubby's larger - isn't it awful, when you're broke, that you can't buy the 3 for £10 bottles of wine)!!! But, seriously, I, too, tend to log on each day, and read all the new posts - looking out for people in similar situations!! It must be some kind of mutant gene that makes people feel a bit better when they know they're not the only ones in that situation! Cheers everybody!!

I keep telling myself not to log in, I am not in an IVA and cant really bring much to an IVA forum but I just like to know whats going on. I never thought of myself as being nosey, better think again.
I will always be grateful to the help I had here.

its not that you are nosey lily, your caring and want to share, empathise, and help others who are in the same position, i too log on all the time, it is very addictive and you can't wait to read what the outcomes are for the posters, hoping and praying they have got the decision they wanted and need, we have both been here for over a year now and bet we will still be logging in for years to come.

I've had so much good advice from here that it's nice to try and give something back.
Lily you offer a lot of good advice, and you're such a caring person - this forum wouldn't be the same with you, or you Kerri x
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.
