Help to get an institutional mortgage!

Hi,

I run a primary school in Toronto. For the last 4 months, I have planned on extending one of the buildings of the school. The plan and estimate are now ready and we need a financial support to complete the work.

I think it's better to ***live link removed *** consult lenders offering institutional mortgages in Canada.[/url] I have already gathered some data about the lenders. But, I want to know something more.

What are the formalities to be followed by an institution to apply for a mortgage?

What are the documents required and how much is the down-payment?

Is it better to prefer a hybrid mortgage? Or any other suggestions?

Can you suggest the best mortgage brokers/lenders in Canada?

Reply awaited. Thanks in advance!

Hi. I am afraid this is a UK site and we only have experience of UK lenders. Additionally our emphasis is on IVA's rather than mortgage advice.

I think you have misunderstood this forum and may want to find a Canadian Mortgage forum instead.
