Well I was on there twice - my IVA and BR were both active at the same time!

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

I'm on there now too, it's rather scary that people can get hold of our personal details so freely. Mind you there'd be nothing to gain from people stealing our details! [:p]

Don't want to let it lay me down this time, drown my will to fly....

Hi there, I was wondering if there is a similar website to check insolvent persons from Northern Ireland or Scotland? I'm from the N. Ireland. Not that I want my insolvency details to be plastered on the net but just curious if these are available on me.

Hi Beresford

I practice in Northern Ireland as well - so can answer that one. There is a register for the Six Counties, but it is not available on-line. If anyone wants to make an application to find out if someone is in an IVA, they have to apply directly to the DETINI. A far better system in my view.

I am not sure about Scotland - as Scottish insolvency law is very different to the other countries.
