Can IVA take Personal injury compensation
Yes - but as this is an asset which is excluded from bankruptcy proceedings, most IVA proposals will be drafted to ensure that the provision is also excluded from the windfalls requirement. If you are in the process of compiling an IVA proposal, ask your IP to make sure this is specifically excluded.
