Would I loose my house if one of my creditors had a secured loan with me

I think you need to expand this question to explain the context in which you are talking about.

Ultimately if you continue to make your contractual payments on secured loans your home will not be at risk.

You will only risk losing your house if you fail to make the payments on a secured loan. A lender can commence repossession proceedings once you have missed three payments or more.

If I had a secured loan on my house and after applying for an IVA, the creditor agreed to lower payments than the contractual ones, would I lose my house?
Thanks
