what i mean is when is your name will appear on the iva register,will it be appered immediately after you apply for an iva?

Hi again

Yes - under current insolvency legislation your IP has a duty to register the IVA "forthwith". This means straight after the creditors meeting which accepts the IVA.

Your name will be inserted onto the register once your IVA is accepted and will be moved upon its completion.
