The beach at Gorleston was wonderful today - clean sand, warmish water and loads of lovely sunshine. I walked along the shore with my sister for ages and it felt like total freedom - so good to be alive. She is the only one who knows about our IVA so it was good to talk. I actually paid for the chips - Happy days x
