I'm thinking of claiming back PPI from my creditors. If all goes well, one of my creditors will probably owe me more than I actually owe them. Does any money claimed back from them go into my IVA to be shared out between all my creditors or will they pay off all of what I owe them, thus leaving me debt free with them.
Also how would this effect my payments.
Apart from any spelling mistakes, does the above make sense.

It all goes into the pot, although dont be surprised if some offset any claims against outstanding balances!!

Unless the repyament covered all of your original debt, it all goes into the IVA, I am afraid. It will not affect your payments, merely add to the overall payments to the creditors ( unless you hit that magic 100% plus fees earlier. ) .
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
