Who are Citi financial? I have had a letter off them, expressing that they have received my complaint and ask for an account number to allow them to proceed? I have no idea who they are, all my PPI 'stuff' is being handled by GT's representative company "Claimsbroker"(allegedly). I have never had any dealings with Citi or any credit off them (as far as I know), do they buy debts? If so then I am going to leave this for Claimsbroker to sort as they are the ones receiving 30% of any PPI claims.
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
