Just been surfing the TV channels, ESPN Classics have the late Sid Wadells Wrestling Show featuring the one and only Kendo Nagasaki!
I remember watching World Of Sport every Saturday and before the footy results was the wrestling, now you can't watch without knowing just how staged and planned it all was but then (70's) it was great.
After this is Indoor League with Freddie Trueman BRILL!!!
If we all threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else’s, we’d grab ours back.

Funds paid to date accepted as F&F 16th August 2013, the wait for completion begins.
Wait over....certificate recieved 3rd May 2014

Lelie, I too used to watch the wrestling at my grandparents on a Saturday and had to keep quiet as soon as it finished so Grandad could check his Pools coupon.[:)]

There's also the one - 'The bowlers Holding, the batsmans Willey'! And never forget the old snooker chestnut - 'For those of you watching in black and white the green is behind the blue'.
