So today I have been given a new case handler. She has actually managed to reply by email twice in 1 day. Lets hope your better then my last 1..
I am no expert but would like to give advice based on my own personal experience...

They don't even tell me when my case handler is changing. Seems I get a new one everytime I call, and I've never been able to get an email address out of any of them!!
Whoop Whoop!!

Mine are actually good and email me if the case supervisor changes. I had a bit of an issue with having had three or four at the beginning of the year but I've had the same one for a while now and she seems to be on the ball and answers emails promptly.

It's nice to have stability but better to have one who is able to reply and put your mind at rest. Hope the relationship between you and your case worker stays positive.x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
