Hi all, just to say sorry not been in touch for a while. Hope all are well. I think it was April I got my IVA last year - not sure on that one - but will I be expecting a review shortly? also my partner of only a few months has now moved in - all is going well so we thought it was a good move, do i need to declare this?? hope all are good. and as always, thank goodness this forum exists.

Hi there, yes you will need to let your IP know about your partner moving in as they will need to do an I&E review.

Glad to hear your IVA is progressing well

Hi Oopsie although the IVA is just in your name any extra disposable income from a partner moving in will have a impact on your payments.

Hi congratulations on your partner moving in and agree with the others, do keep your IP in the loop, a revised I&E can be completed x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi, nice to see you and congratulations about your partner moving in with you.

You will need to inform your IP as obviously your I&E will alter and you may be able to pay more across to your IVA.
