You deserve it Julie - you are doing really well.

Ditzy - I was morbidly obese with other health problems and having tried numerous diets it was the only way for me. It's not been easy and I still have problems even now.

Wow Jan thats a huge amount of weight to lose - you must be so pleased with yourself because I know from other people that even with having the gastric bypass its still really difficult to shift. Well done you and I wish I was a size 8 or maybe 10, like I used to be!!!!

Well done ditzy!! I was a size 28 to start off with and have no intentions of getting any heavier than I am now. Had to resort to surgery though!!

omg ditzy and kallis well done to both of you i am morbidly obese in a size 32 and only 5ft tall, wish i could shift the weight. I join weight watchers all the time lose a few stone then end up putting it back on and more, i was doing well towards the end of last year lost nearly 2 stone then my mother got ill and died within 2 wks just before christmas, ive not been able to get myself back on the wagon. hopefully after my creditors meeting i can get myself into gear.

Have you thought of having weight loss surgery? It's the best thing I ever did.
