hey hun i just wanted to say thankyou for last night. i was in an appalliing mess and im just so grateful for you being there-was a massive help to talk-was in floods but thats not the point ! i feel very stupid and didnt realise how lonely i was because i was ashamed to talk or tell anyone what happened. fingers crossed i get my answer but i just wanted to thank you. youre an angel and i wish you nothing but good things fd xx

Just replied to your other post. It doesn't mean anything. They could be busy, on a training course, enails could have been down, may have had more important problems they needed to sort.

Take the bull by the horns and call. It doesn't matter if you get upset, but it will make you feel a hell of a lot better afterwards!
