I'd feel worn out if I was working like that too FD. We'll all still be here when you come back, take some ME time and relax x

Hi fd try and grab some you time. I'm a bit worn this morning I have spent all morning trying to get donations of dog food pledged for an event next week, what an effort! I was going to do loads of these but I'm now going to see how it goes next week then decide if this is worth pursuing. Hugs

This seems to happen more and more now. At one point last year I was working all week in the office and then in the evening at at weekends at home.

I hope things get quieter for you.

The clocks changing will "jet lag" many ... which, in turn, makes you more prone to bugs !
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Was going to add the clocks changing doesn't help, try and pop out for lunch grab some winter sun, or some fresh air. Tricky when working in the city, but some outside time can really help, just avoid the smokers on there "fresh air" break, unless you smoke of course!

Hope you've managed to recharge your batteries FD.

I know its easier said than done, but you must make time for yourself. Get into a routine of having a soak in the bath at a set time each evening or something similar which is just about you.[:)]

xx

My sleeping has been terrible this week, more so than usual- now wondering if that could be the clock change. x
