is anyone having problems today? I'm trying to buy a small item but it's not having it. It did start to ask me to verify who I was and wanted card details so I got wary and logged out.....usually so straightforward? x

Not been on there today Lesley so can't help you there.

Do you have a paypal account? Does the seller have a paypal account? That might account for it.

I've just tried to list something and it won't let me do it as I don't have an automatic payment method for my Ebay fees. I presume they are cracking down but it's a pain!

I've not been on there this weekend - however I do have automatic payment set up so that might make a difference.

I haven't as there's never anything in my Paypal account so I'll have to set it up to a card.

I cancelled it years ago as they kept trying to take money off a credit card when I went into my IVA (even though I changed it to a debit card) and it looks as though they still are!

I don't trust Ebay!

I've got my paypal account and my bank account is linked to it - not had any problems yet.

I would like to try to buy another item but I don't want anything else, this is a cutlery set for the twins and it's really cheap. I keep trying again but it won't have it. x

Must have been 'one of them things' as I've just tried again and it's worked, they have cutlery of their own. They're becoming independent and wanting to use our cutlery so it's safer this way x

It's another free listing weekend, Lesley. Could be that the site is getting swamped.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
