Been diagnosed with five slipped discs - at least I now know why I have been in so much pain for the last six months and that I can prove I have not been putting it on !

Got to wait now for caudal epidural to be done (6-8 wks time) and then review MRI scan in feb / March time next year to see if any change !

Sods law though - since the day I got the results/news the pain intensity has diminished somewhat - but it is still intolerable and sleeping at night is almost impossible !

Have found it has done one good thing over the last six months - I have saved money as not been out and about at weekends !

Glad you now have a diagnosis (not glad it's that one though!). At least now a plan of action can be put in place.

I think that's half the battle, Luluj.

Before I was diagnosed with M.E ( I say diagnosed, but it's more an educated guess!) I thought I was going senile, with the memory, concentration and ocassional slurred speech problems !! So, M.E came as a relief !!!
