Why has your complaint gone to the FLA as a matter of interest?

Hi Melanie, it has gone to the FLA as on 5/7/12 one of my creditors awarded me a large sum of money, despite having received the authorisation signature from my IP although some 7 weeks after havin asked for it, they still haven't paid over the cheque and haven't answered any correspondence, so now i've made the complaint as this is holding up my closure as well as everything else going on presently.


Plus if DFD don't answer my formal complaint within the given time frame that their complaints policy quite clearly outlines then they also will referred onto their regulators and the ombudsman, enough is enough. My patience has been sorely tested these last few months by ineptitude, unprofessional and shoddy work.

Well DFD have given me their standard complaints reply so now i wait for the next 28 days to see what they come up with, allowing for the festive season as i'm not an unreasonable person, i'll give them till the end of January and then go from there, isn't it amazing that when you shout from the roof tops they do something, however i still haven't been 'got back to shortly' and now this complaint has gone in i don't think they will now!
