Hey all, Just checked our council tax banding and it emerges that our next door neighbours who are in a 3 bed semi detached house is only a band B, while we're in a 2 bed semi detached house and we're in a band C... Spoke to our neighbour and he said he got his reduced last year and got monies back....

Just advising to perhaps check yours, we're onto the VOA to get ours changed [:)]

Good lucks we may be all quids in or at least reduced banding at the very least [:)]

Fingers crossed!! We had the opposite some years ago. They had swapped the banding on ours and next doors so theirs went down a band and ours went up! Thankfully we didn't have to pay anything back.
