I know it's a complete farce. And even worse..they know that it is and yet still it continues. Actually I am quite looking forward to telling our IP about the latest development!Fingers crossed that one fine day it may actually be sorted!

Ridiculous. I would write them a letter telling them you are so pleased that they are allowing you free electricity.

I think that I'd be inclined to take this through their complaints system and if not satisfied complain to ofgem.

Thanks Kazza, I think that's a good idea. At the moment our IP has escalated it through the Insolvency Exchange, apparently the people at the Insolvency Exchange only deal with BG by email, no telephones! It all seems a bit odd. So far it has now been referred to a Relationship Manager, in all honesty I would just like a conclusion. Mind you, free electricity might be handy as we are currently running four dehumidifiers and six fans.

YIPPPPEEEE!!! We are now the proud owners of a new Electricity Account! It has been such a long haul.

Awful day today to be honest and came home in the car that was running on vapours. Have managed to scrape together £4.00 to get to work tomorrow and that was some feat. Fuel just doesn't go far does it?

The house is still drying out, all furniture that was condemned has been taken away too. Landlady rang last night and was sympathetic (mind you rent is due in 2 days time, do I sound cynical?).

I would just like to say how fantastic our IP and Case Worker have been throughout all our ordeals since Christmas, they even sent an email today just wishing us well for the months ahead. It's the human touch that matters so much to us all, which is exactly what all of you in the Forum provide. Thank you all for your support and for providing me with somewhere to come where my mind is put to rest.

So pleased that has been sorted for you!!!! It's about time that got sorted.

Hopefully things won't take too long now - just glad it's not a really cold winter.

I'm so glad that your IP is being supportive.

We're always here for you, anytime.
