what happens if you breach your terms and conditions of the agreement?
will your iva get cancel and your back to sqaure one???

It will depend upon the circumstances. Sometimes it cam be avoided but if you do fail then you will be back to square one.

Are you in an iva and are you having problems?

Not necessarily. Depending on what has happened and to what extent the breach is, your IP will need to discuss with you any ways to rectify and decide whether your creditors need to be informed.

My advice would be to speak to your IP as soon as you can and as honestly as you can so that they can consider what support can be given to you.
