hey guys feeling better,

after my little stroll to the local park i had to nip in my bank
i was in the queue and went to the cashier who was sorting my thing and then proceeded to say loudly in front of the whole queue "have you checked your credit file recently ?" when i asked why she said "i dont know what it is but you appear to have something negative-do you have bad credit" immediately wanted the banking hall floor to open. i just said to her thanks and its in hand and shot out cor talk bout embarrassing cheers miss cashier !!![:I][:I]

Not good FD! I'd have told her it was none of her business and I would consider making a complaint to them! Write the manager a letter. That isn't good enough.

who cares. shes probably reached the pinnacle of her career. i was happy for her to sneer (and she was) lol

I would care if it were me!! The staff should not be making these comments to customers and they should be pulled up about it! It's not just you, there are others that this could happen to and if you complain you could put a stop to it!

hmmm youre right perhaps ill email their website and mention the branch.

just took me aback-certainly wasnt expecting her to say that and she said it so demandingly lol. [:I] couldnt get away from her till quick enough [:I][:I][:I][:I][:I]

Surely the cashier over-stepped the line - what about data protection? I would certainly make a complaint there!!!!

I think I'd have asked to speak to the manager there and then! A letter or email to the branch or head office will certainly make sure that your complaint is sorted.

well she knew it was my account as she asked while she was checking something but all the cashiers before have probably seen it but never said anything. felt like i should have had my swag bag and mask on !

i was so embarrassed and what with my fragile feeling at mo i just wanted to get the hell out of there-wasnt in the mood for confrontation but youre right.

I'd have stood there and said very, very loudly that it was none of her business and would she mind calling the manager as I was going to make an official complaint about her.

I would have to agree with others, a complaint should be made and would have been by me, they have no right, they have access to our accounts but it's still none of their business.

What's the betting she's probably maxed out on her credit cards but just about (for now) keeping up with the minimum payments....

youre right ae. some of them think they have a great job but i did temping and permanent bank work ages ago the money was poor then and a couple of girls i know say its worse now.
she was trying to flex the little sliver of muscle she had but i wont let her get me down.xxx
