You're not bothering me at all! You need to speak to someone there and you know how nice the team are - they will get it sorted for you a lot quicker than you waiting for an email.

They will be able to sort something out but you do need to speak to someone.

FD it's hard so hard when you're feeling low and I do know that, it's hard to do anything and get yourself motivated. I'm available for you off forum to chat to if you want, either via the telephone, email or just a text, the offer is there and I won't have any answers but I'm a good listener. As Jan says the Dr may be able to help and get you back on track but remember my offer stands. xx

FD --- Hi --- When things happen ( and they always do ) try not to let them overwhelm you ( easier said than done ) ... but the saying " every journey starts with a single step" is a good one. Take the problems in small, bite sized, chunks and nibble away. A list of chores can look intimidating, but, one at a time, they aren't so bad .... I speak from experience.

It's a slip up - anyone can make them. It's one payment and you can get it sorted, just pick up the phone.

One you're not bothering us and two you're not a failure, you missed one payment, it can be caught up. There but for the grace of god go I as none of us can predict our future and what might happen to our loved ones. You relax now x

FD, you're not a failure. You've got an excellent understanding IP so you really do need to pick up the phone as that's the only way it's going to get sorted x

Well, FD ... 30 payments without a balls up is an achievment in itself :-)

To err is human and all that ( I have made some doozies in my time ... but we won';t go into that !!! )

I do remember FD - which is why I have given you a virtual kick up the bum!!

It doesn't matter if you are in tears - they will understand!

FD -- this is written with a smile :0) ...... this is an order !!!! ... stop apologising !! You have nothing to apologise for ..... and don't say "I'm sorry for being sorry" !!!!!! Get it ? Got it ? good !!!
