Forgot to mention, due to the present Mrs Torch losing her job, our payments were reduced to the same amount that we paid in the first year. So that was a big relief. So, assuming i don't receive a mahoosive pay rise next year our last 22 payments are fixed.
The extra 12 months will work out at approx £2500, which has to be preferable to selling my soul to a building society until the kids put me in a nursing home.

IVA accepted May 2007.
Extended by 12 months in lieu of equity March 2012.
F+F offer accepted May 2012.
C of C received August 2012.
IVA dropped off credit file 24th May 2013.
