I am glad our iva has run ok up to now, i dread to think what they are like if you run into problems.
They had such a good press on here as well.

It is a shame that there are so many complaints about GT at the moment - and of course it is important as firm's expand they do have the right resource in place to deal with their clients. I suspect that this is a temporary blip, and the excellent client service levels will return very soon.
